Cancellation & Refund Policy

We price our programs around reserved teacher time, limited class capacity, curriculum access, and platform support. To keep scheduling fair and predictable for every family, paid enrollments are final once purchased.

1Free Demo Classes

Demo classes are offered without payment where available. If a family decides not to continue after a demo, no paid charge is created for that demo.

2Paid Enrollments Are Final

No-refund policy

All paid course purchases, class packages, subscriptions, and enrollment fees are non-refundable once payment is completed. This includes unused sessions, missed classes, partial attendance, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, device issues, internet issues, or learner availability changes.

We state this clearly so families can choose confidently before checkout. Course details, demo availability, schedule expectations, and support options are available before purchase.

3Cancellations and Renewals

  • You may cancel a recurring plan to stop future billing.
  • Cancellation does not refund the current paid cycle or previously purchased sessions.
  • Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless the account is terminated for misconduct or misuse.
  • If a renewal fails or remains unpaid, access may pause until payment is completed.

4Rescheduling Live Classes

Live classes reserve teacher time. Please request changes as early as possible from the dashboard or by email.

  • Requests made at least 24 hours before class time may be rescheduled subject to teacher availability.
  • Late cancellation, late rescheduling, or no-show attendance may consume the session credit.
  • Repeated late changes may limit future scheduling flexibility.

5When We May Offer a Credit

We do not provide refunds for ordinary cancellations. However, we may offer a replacement class, service credit, or corrected access when an issue is caused by our platform or team.

  • Duplicate or incorrect charge verified by our payment records.
  • Class cancellation by our team without a replacement option.
  • Major platform outage controlled by us that prevents a scheduled paid class from taking place.
