1Acceptance
By using the services, creating an account, booking a demo, joining a class, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2Accounts and Parent Responsibility
- Parents or guardians must provide accurate account, contact, learner, scheduling, and payment information.
- You are responsible for keeping login details secure and supervising learner use of the services.
- You must notify us if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
- You must ensure the learner has suitable internet, device, audio, video, and browser access for online classes.
3Pricing and Payments

4Learning Content and Student Projects
- BrainLea content, curriculum, designs, videos, worksheets, code examples, platform layout, and branding belong to BrainLea or its licensors.
- You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use learning content for enrolled learner education only.
- Learners own their original project work, subject to any third-party assets or starter materials included in the project.
- You allow us to host, run, display, review, and store learner projects so the service can work.
- Project showcase or public sharing requires account-level or parent-approved sharing controls.
5Classroom Conduct
Classes must remain respectful, safe, and focused. We may mute, remove, suspend, or close accounts for conduct that harms students, teachers, platform security, or the learning environment.

6Third-Party Services
The services may use payment gateways, cloud hosting, classroom tools, analytics tools, communication tools, and external links. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. We use them to operate the service, but we do not control every external platform.
7Service Availability and Changes
We may update courses, schedules, teachers, features, prices, or platform tools from time to time. We work to provide a reliable service, but online services may experience downtime, maintenance, or third-party disruptions.
8Limits of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, BrainLea is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, missed opportunities, device issues, internet failures, or third-party service interruptions.
9Disputes
These terms are interpreted under the laws that apply to the service operator and the transaction, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived in your region.
